If you’ve been following me at all you know my love for Philosophie’s Green Dream superfood powder has exploded in recent months.
So I couldn’t have been more thrilled when I became an ambassador for Philosophie superfood powders last week! It’s about time to share with you all why I love GD so much and how I most enjoy incorporating Green Dream into my diet.
What makes Green Dream so dreamy?
I love making green smoothies in my Vitamix. In fact, they’re a super important part of my plant-based diet. In my green smoothies I get protein, healthy fats, and loads of vitamins and minerals. Lately Green Dream is my go-to. Made from spirulina, maca, hemp powder, and chorella (among other goodies), it is detoxifying and energizing.
Green Dream is an amazing way to get more greens into your diet. Also, buying fresh spinach and kale is ideal, but green leaves go bad quickly if you don’t eat them often. I keep Green Dream on hand in case I run out of fresh greens or don’t eat them quickly enough and they start to get a little nasty. It is also a lot more concentrated. When I’m counting on kale, I have to eat handfuls to get as much nutrition.
